How do I get started?
Sign up with your name and WhatsApp number, agree to receive account and service messages, and complete the security check. Email is optional. Membership is free during launch. Contractors set their own prices, which you discuss and agree with them directly.
How fast can someone come out?
Availability depends on the contractor. 404home does not check or reserve appointments; use the contact details we provide to ask the contractor directly.
What will 404home actually do?
Text us what you need in plain English. 404home researches suitable providers and sends you their business contact details. You contact the provider directly to discuss availability, scope, price, credentials and booking.
How is this different from Angi or HomeAdvisor?
Some directories sell your enquiry to several contractors. 404home does not send your contact details to the businesses in your shortlist. We send their public business contact details to you, and you choose who—if anyone—to contact.
How are providers selected?
404home researches public reputation, complaint signals, contactability and service-area fit, then gives you suitable options and their business contact details. We do not certify a provider's licence, insurance or background checks. Ask the provider directly for current credentials before hiring them.
